Cultivation of the Feminized Shiva Skunk
The Shiva Skunk cannabis seeds are 85% indica and 15% sativa, and are a hybrid of Northern Lights #5 and Skunk #1. Thanks to this powerful genetic heritage, it is the stronger skunk variety than Sensi Seeds, and combines the many benefits of both mother plants, such as ease of growth and an intense and relaxing effect.
This is the feminized version of the Shiva Skunk variety, that is to say that there is an extremely low probability that male plants are born. This ensures that cultivation is even easier than before, making seeds suitable for all growers - from beginners to those with more experience.
The plants have a relatively short flowering time, from 45 to 55 days, useful for those who want rapid results. Given the characteristic mainly indicates of the variety, the plants do not grow at dizzying heights. Most plants reach a final height of about 110-120 cm, that is, they can be cultivated discreetly in a garden or greenhouse. When grown outdoors, they are usually ready to be harvested in mid-September.
As I look, the Feminized Shiva Skunk is similar to the Northern Lights #5. The plants have many branches, and although the flowers take some time to appear, the buds become dense, heavy and extremely resinous.
The performance is also remarkable. If cultivated indoors, growers can predict about 400-450 g/m2 per plant. Outdoors, in the right conditions, can reach up to 600 – 850 g/m2. With the advance of the flowering period, the buds of the Feminized Shiva Skunk inflate considerably. It is at that time that you can expect to observe most of the resin production.
The Shiva Skunk Feminized blooms in warm and continental climates. Plants grow well in greenhouses, or indoors at any time of the year. Expert growers may want to use SCROG (Screen of Green) or Sea of Green (SOG), as they tend to give good results with this variety. Supercropping and lollipopping are also effective.

Like its mother plants, the Northern Lights #5 and the Skunk #1, produces a strong relaxing effect. Expect to experience intense relaxation, both in the body and in the mind, along with a sense of serenity and reflection. Some also experience a red and laughter effect.
During growth, the Feminized Shiva Skunk produces a sweet and musky aroma, with a hint of citrus fruits. This intensifies towards the moment of harvesting, and the buds that result are also characterized by this pleasantly skunk citrus scent. In terms of taste, expect something dense and almost creamy on the tongue. Some also refer to tropical wood and earth notes.
