Used a lot by other seed distributors for reproductions, our original Purple#1 plant is a 50/50 mix of Sativa and Indica. The percentage of Indica comes from a very special purple Afgana, carefully crossed in the Netherlands with some of the best varieties of Indica and Sativa to create a strong outdoor plant that has optimally adapted to the Dutch climate. The crops produce 250-350 grams per plant, the calyx becomes purple quickly with the beginning of the flowering and the buds are accompanied by small violet leaves, sweet and resinous, growing among the resinous violet buds. Usually, Purple #1 is 1.5m-2.5m high, it is suitable only for outdoor or greenhouse cultivation and grows fast. The leaves often resemble those of Sativa and they are also purple. This variety has had its fans for many decades and remains a popular and wonderfully distinctive variety for about 30 years after its first appearance on the market. Purple#1 produces a resinous ganja, with purple veins, which gives a superb immediate effect. The effect does not last very long but is certainly offset by the quality of experience. It is very strong, rather than leaving a light high, and has a decided but delicate aroma. An excellent choice for those looking for an outdoor variety that combines purple gems with a fresh and powerful effect.
