thanks to the cooperation that we have been carrying out for years with different research laboratories based in California, we have been able to study and test the best diodes on the market: the most suitable for the purpose are revealed to be the American production diodes "Bridgelux", high quality chip and resistant to very high temperatures, up to 150°C.

heat dissipation:
in addition to the use of superior components, we have redesigned the entire cooling system of the panels - radial cooling system - in order to avoid any possible overheating problem: the common heat sink in simple aluminum has in fact been insufficient to effectively conduct the heat generated by the lamp and has been replaced by special heat sinks of our design made of copper, notoriously one of the most effective materials in heat conduction.

More power in less space:
also the internal structure of the panel has been revised and optimized: thanks to special measures, we have been able to create spots containing 25 diodes each to make panels more powerful and of considerably reduced dimensions: smaller footprint is revealed to be an advantage for retailers, who see reduced shipping costs, and for end users, who can use our panels even in small and very small environments.

Bright spectrum:
the choice of color bands deserves a special mention: to be sure to opt for the best color combination possible, we collaborated with botanists from different universities and research centers.
chlorophyll photosynthesis is that process by which the plant produces energy from carbon dioxide and water, coadjuved by sunlight: Given the obvious impossibility of imitating sunlight, we decided to extrapolate the peaks of maximum light absorption by the plant, based on the experiments carried out by research laboratories that cooperate with us. Once we have identified these peaks, we have chosen the diodes corresponding to those particular luminous waves and we have mixed them together to achieve the most effective and suitable combination to the phases of growth and flowering of plants.

in the right proportion, the oo of the far-red (740 nm) serves to stimulate and promote photosynthesis: It is a wavelength at the limit of the spectrum visible to the human eye, for this reason the diode at the center of each module could appear less luminous than others.
In reality, however, the plants are equipped with phytochromes sensitive to the far-red, which use for photosynthesis.

optical lens:
Optical lenses associated with each chip have the property of diverging the light emitted by the diode to cover a greater portion of space: When, however, the optical lens overly expands the light beam, the risk of excessive light dispersion and therefore has a less effective lamp.
replace the classic 120° optic lenses with the new 90° lens allows to concentrate the light beam on a lower size surface to increase the final production of the plant accordingly.

connection in series:
the panels can be connected to each other through the special universal socket on the back of the case. the socket can also be oata for feeding other oan accessories in the grow room: fans, fan clips, humidifiers or dehumidifiers, etc.
