Description

White Widow is a relatively recent genetic, having been created in the early 1990s. Since its inception, it has been able to win the first places in the ranking of light cannabis, even winning the first prize in the Bio section of the High Times CannabisIn 1995, the year of its trade. Its immediate success is also the reason why its genetic composition was not initially disclosed, although we now know that for the intersection seeds from India (Kerala) and Brazil (Manga Rosa) were used.

The flowers of this genetics can look almost like candy.

This plant develops in width and does not reach high heights, a characteristic that allows the buds to develop more homogeneously. Despite the name, which derives in reality from the white coloring assumed by the leaves during the flowering period, the color of the flowers is of a decided green. In plants cultivated in Italy the shade of green is darker than that of the Dutch “sorelle”. The green is interspersed by a presence not too abundant of pistils and trichomes of dark orange/red colour.

Aroma:

White Widow has an unmistakable aroma and aroma even on the palate of non-experts.

Its notes of wood, earth and pine are complemented by the softness given by the scents of exotic fruit present in the aftertaste, which contribute to making the scent of the White Widow inebriating, intense and enveloping but with that touch of classic that never spoils.

Origin and cultivation:

The cultivation of this genetics is carried out in Lombardy, in the province of Pavia, in the last generation greenhouses specially developed for this purpose and that allow almost total management of lighting, humidity and temperature of the environments.

Lighting is mainly natural although lamps are used during specific periods of life of the plant, especially during the winter months.

This plant is particularly resistant and does not require many fertilizers, which is why it is often chosen for GlassHouse and GreenHouse crops (in greenhouse without any artificial light).

The manufacturer uses a biological cultivation method and does not use any synthetic fertilizer, with GMO derivative ingredients or heavy metals.

Origins:

Of the origins of White Widow is known exactly only place and date: Netherlands, 1995. In fact, it will be impossible to know the exact genetics of the original plant, as it seems that the same has been destroyed, by mistake, by its creator!

The intersection of which we are aware, that between South Indian and Brazilian, has however originated a plant with a well balanced relationship between Indica and Sativa.
